Treats trauma, depression, anxiety, difficulties adapting to stressors of adulthood, and challenges for service members, veterans, and their families. Treatment modalities: CBT, ACT, Art, Solution Focused Therapy, Brainspotting, and Emotionally Focused Therapy.

I graduated from Kaplan University with a master’s degree in psychology and have experience working with clients in residential treatment and in the community.

As a therapist I aim to work collaboratively with my clients using a mind-body approach in order to fully explore and address their own personal experiences and support them throughout their individual therapeutic journey.

I utilize a variety of different techniques when working with clients; to include Art Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Trauma Informed Care, CBT,  Solution Focused Therapy, Brainspotting, and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
